Material:
1-GHS can be used in conjunction with copper . aluminum .stainless .iron and any hard metal or soft can bear high temp and pressure.
2-plastic pipe heat and pressure resistance can be used.
3- any metal pipe can be used
4-All the GHS equipments available and can meet any demand

Design
1-GHS unit design depends on application used.
2-GHS is not conventional or similar to the heat exchanger otherwise the patent authorities in USA will not accept it as a patent pending
3-high heat conductivity of our system not depending on specific type of pipe.
4-GHS with our special design and our materials used restore the heat even if you unplug the heat supply source(electricity . gas .diesel and or any other source of heating
5- Material has very high conductivity and need a few quantity of hot water as less as 1:20 and water heat loss not more than 4c.

Initial cost
1-installation cost is very low compare to the saving in running cost.
2-As for pasteurization it has two methods either heater blanket system or insulating the pipe along or inside the outer layer of the tank or inside the double jacket in vessel tank for pharmaceutical use syrup manufacture temp needed for milk pasteurization (HTST) is 72.7C for 15 sec and for (HHST) 88.3C for 1 sec which is comply with GHS.
3- installation cost depends on the application for example poultry farm under floor heating or agriculture green house cost more than domestic house and building heating but because of the energy saving the payback period average one year.

The System Equipments & Function
1- the function of GHS is either producing hot output air flow more than 50 c for heating or as heat retention with high conductivity.
2-all what we need is hot water in a closed circle not less than 75 c up to 85c could be with domestic boiler all what we need is a few quantity of hot water for heating the system
3-GHS needs few quantity of hot water and the client can use any existing heater or any source of hot water.
4-the different design means if the client want hot air is only the GHS radiator with our special design can be used and for tanks heating as for pharmaceutical and or milk pasteurization only metal pipes with our material and few quantity of hot water.
5-GHS radiator manufacturing in any car radiator factory according to our patent design and I don’t have factory but manufacturing through an existing factory .
